Natchitoches Events Center:

In addition to the spacious conference and meeting space offerings at the Château Saint Denis Hotel, the Natchitoches Events Center is located directly across the street and offers over 20,000 square feet of meeting space in the form of exhibit hall areas, dividable meeting rooms, executive boardroom and open lobby providing floor to ceiling glass windows allowing natural light to flood the area.

The Natchitoches Events Center is a state of the art facilty with an expansive array of services and equipment to suite the needs of almost every type of function imaginable. The meeting facility offers a full range of equipment such as tables, chairs, linens, stages, dance floors, custom decorative ceiling drapes, chandeliers and auido-visual equipment such as microphones, podiums, flip chart easels, LCD projectors and various projection screens.

The facility provides full event coordination services through their event coordination department and will assist down to the last detail though the development of custom room layouts and implimentation. A visit to Natchitoches would not be complete without a taste of Louisiana cooking! Catering services are provided by local restaurants and catering providers and can prepare almost anything from our local cuisine, such as the famous Natchitoches meatpie, to traditional Louisiana seafood and Creole entrees. It's all available through one of the approved caterers eager to assist so each event will be remembered by all who attend!
